Newman’s history, first recorded in 1900 and once promoted as “The Aromatic Cigar.” Rather than attempting to recreate the original blend, the modern Sarzedas cigar reinterprets that idea through contemporary tobaccos and production. The cigar is handmade at the company’s PENSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, and offered in a 6″ x 50 toro format.
The blend pairs a silky Ecuadorian Shade wrapper with Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos in both the binder and filler.
